Grass fed beef

We tried a number of breeds of cow when we began this journey.

Galloway Beef stood out to us, above the rest.

The temperament, the size, the genetics, the micro-marbling, and the flavour.

Our cows get a nice life out on pasture; rotationally grazed, springwater pools to drink from, we barely see them they are so content.

All our beef is 100% Grass fed and finished, dry aged and locally butchered.

We sell by the cut. Steaks, stew, ground, roasts, burgers, sausages, peperettes and summer sausage.
